| Conditions & Cancellation Terms |
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total rental costs for the period is required to reserve the property. Bookings will only be confirmed once the 50% deposit has been received.
In addition to the deposit the full payment is required 30 days prior to occupancy. We reserve the right to cancel any booking should full payment not be received at this time.
The deposit in addition to reserving the property is also used as security against theft or damage to the contents and property. The deposit will be returned 15 days after the occupant vacates the property if the property suffers no damage.
In the event of the stay being cut short, the full fee will still be charged. We would suggest that you are covered by a travel insurance policy in the event of an unforeseen cancellation.
Cancellation
3 + months before occupancy = 100% deposit refunded
1-3 months before occupancy = 50% deposit refunded
Less than 30 days before occupancy = 0% refunded. |
